At ‘Ikura’ our concept is fusion. Our sushi is not just the traditional raw fish with rice and soy sauce; we mix the Japanese cuisine with Caribbean flavors.

Motto of ‘Ikura’ is to offer a change and to get everyone to try and enjoy our fusion concept.

Crunchy Crab Salad ( Kanikama Crunch ) is the house favourite.
